Withdrawal from purchase contract

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU).

Just the order number and the e-mail you used when placing the order.

You can find it in the confirmation e-mail (e.g. ABCDEF1234 or 1170).
The same e-mail used when placing the order.

What you should know

You may not withdraw from a distance contract if your order included goods or services for which you consented, upon purchase, to the supply of digital content before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period, in accordance with Article 7 of the Terms and Conditions. In such cases, you lose the right to withdraw from the contract once the licence has been delivered or the “Order Fulfilled” email has been sent, subject to the conditions set out in Sections 19 to 22 of Act No. 108/2024 Coll.

If your order also included other goods or services that are not subject to this restriction, you may request a partial withdrawal from the contract, limited to those items.

The withdrawal period for other products and services is 14 days from the date your order status changes to “Order Fulfilled”.
