More info
QSign Docs is a signing portal where you can share documents with other people you require to sign the documents. You can find more information on the product page.
How does it work?
- Upload a document.
- Enter the signers, or their order.
- Add an accompanying message.
- Signers will receive an email with a link to sign the document.
- Track the signing status.
- After successful signing, download the document.
What do I need?
An account in the QSign Mobile/Docs system. It is a shared single account, which you can also use to set up a mobile signing service. If you don't have an account in QSign Mobile yet, create one.
What does the signer need?
There are two alternatives for signing:
- the free QSign eSigner, in which you can sign with a smartcard or a software token from the Windows store,
- or the purchased QSign Mobile service - signing with a mobile device (smartphone/tablet).
It depends on what legal validity you require from the signature.
- If you need the document to be signed with a qualified electronic signature, which is legally equivalent to a handwritten signature, the signer must use an ID card (eID) or another smart card with a qualified certificate issued and sign the document using the QSign eSigner application, or use the QSign Mobile signing service..
- If the type of signature does not matter, the signer can also sign the document with a software token from the Windows store in the QSign eSigner application.
What next?
We will activate your purchased license within 24 hours of the next working day. We will inform you about its activation and subsequent availability of the service by e-mail.
