Processing of personal data in accordance with EU regulation

In connection with Regulation (EC) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation"), we ask you to express your consent to the processing of your personal data in the Ardaco Store electronic shop operated at https://store.ardaco.com. The purpose of this regulation is to provide a higher level of protection of your personal data and an overview of its processing and your rights.

Your personal data are processed solely in accordance with this Regulation and the provisions of Act No. 18/2018 Z.z. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts ("PPD"). We process personal data only with the consent of the client. It is only on his or her free choice whether or not to grant his or her consent to the proposed scope. Grant of consent is entirely voluntary and consent can be withdrawn at any time. We are bound by the scope of the consent we give, and we fully respect it.

The author of your personal data is the operator of the internet store Ardaco Store, which is Ardaco, a.s., Company ID: 35 829 036, with headquarters Polianky 5, 841 01 Bratislava, Slovak republic entry in the Commercial Register of City Court Bratislava III, section: Sa, 2903 / B (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

1. Purpose of the processing

The purpose of processing personal data is to issue a tax document, bookkeeping, pre-contractual relationships, customer identification, order confirmation, by telephone or e-mail, delivering goods and handling complaints or other requirements of the Customer, maintaining and administering the Customer Account for accessing e-commerce features.

2. Scope of processing

For the purpose of registering and accessing the Internet Store Customer Account, you are required to enter your e-mail address and password, and we will not recognize your password. The password is transmitted and stored in encrypted form.

Information you give us knowingly:

  • If you are a natural person, we process your personal information to the extent of: name and surname, street and inventory, postal code, city, country, country, email address, or phone number.
  • If you are a legal person or a tradesman, we process your personal data to the extent of: the name and surname of the person acting as a legal entity, business name, address (street and inventory, postal code, city, state, country), Tax ID, VAT ID, E-mail address or Phone number.

3. Processing time

An operator shall process the personal data of the persons concerned on the basis of the consent expressly granted by the person concerned. The Customer grants this authorization for an indefinite period of time. An operator keeps personal data processed on the basis of the consent of the person concerned in his or her appeal or for the time necessary for the operation of the Ardaco Store e-commerce. The Customer has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time. Revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing by consent prior to its appeal. Revocation of consent may cause the Operator to no longer be able to provide performance under the terms of a contract that the Customer acknowledges.

For the convenience of customizing your ecommerce content to your preferences cookies are used. Cookies are small data files that your e-shop stores in your web browser on your visit. If you do not agree to the use of Cookies, you must set your own cookie policy in your Web browser on your device. If you disable the use of cookies, your ecommerce functionality may be limited.

These are conversion or pixel tags or small graphical images that can be included in your ecommerce code and are based on your identification for tracking behaviour and traffic measurement.

We do not use your information to send advertising or business notifications.

7. Right of access to data

You have the right and ability from the Ecommerce Provider to request information and confirmation of whether or not your personal data is processed and to what extent. If your personal data is processed, to gain access to personal data and receive a copy of the personal data processed by the Operator and information about the state of processing of his or her personal data in the Operator's Information System.

8. Right to data portability

It is the responsibility of the Operator (Administrator) to pass to the data holder (customer) all information processed in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. By exercising this right, you gain control over your personal data, and you have the ability to pass it in a similar way to another manager.

Tool for downloading data is available to you under "Account > Privacy (GDPR)" your Customer Account.

9. Right to fix data

You have the right and opportunity to ask the Operator to correct the incorrect data stored or to update your personal details directly in the on-line mode on the website of the online store after signing in the "Account" section of your Customer Account.

10. Right to limited data processing

You have the right and opportunity for the Operator to restrict the processing of your personal data or to disable the selected personal data or to temporarily remove the published data.

11. Right to delete data

You have the right and opportunity to request the liquidation of your personal data without undue delay if the purpose of their processing for which they were collected or processed has been fulfilled and the legitimate reason for their possible archiving, unless specific legislation prescribes otherwise, ceases. When requested to delete data, all irrevocably deleted and related orders (if any) will be anonymized.

12. The right to forgot

You have the right to take reasonable steps, including technical measures, to delete all references to your personal data and copies thereof if the legitimate reason for their possible archiving has ceased.

13. Right to object

You have the right to object to the processing of personal data, or if you do not have the right to exercise the right of cancellation. You have the right to object to the decision of the Operator, which is based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which has legal effects that affect you or have a significant effect on you unless the regulation and / or the law provides otherwise.

14. Right to file a complaint

If you suspect that your personal data is being administered unlawfully, you have the right to file a complaint or a motion to initiate the procedure for personal data protection at the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

15. Record user requirements

An operator is required to record all customer requirements for downloading, repairing, and deleting their data.

16. Data security

The Operator declares that all data obtained from the Customer are solely for internal use and are not provided to third parties. Customer's personal data is fully secured against misuse, data is stored on backup servers in an operating entity that are not shared with third-party applications.

17. Right to withdraw consent

You have the right at any time to refuse to accept the processing of personal data provided to the operator with effect from the moment of withdrawal of consent.

 

Requests for the exercise of his/her rights as outlined in the previous paragraphs are sent by the person concerned to the e-mail address store@ardaco.com. The person concerned will be informed by the e-mail. Customers have the ability to modify their data, download any data that the Operator processes or request to delete the customer account and all of its data in online mode by managing their Customer Account.

The Customer provides personal information to the Operator on a voluntary basis in order to fulfil his obligations under the Purchase Agreement and to further communicate with him. The provision of personal data to the extent specified by the Customer (the person concerned) is a condition for the conclusion of the contract. Failure to provide personal data may make it impossible for the Customer (the person concerned) to perform the Operator under the contract. An operator keeps personal data for the purposes of performance of the contract for the duration of the contractual relationship between the Operator and the Customer and the necessary time after its termination.
